End User License Agreement (EULA)

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Worb grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Worb mobile application on your personal devices.

This license is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Modify, adapt, alter, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the application for commercial purposes
• Distribute, sell, rent, or lease the application
• Use the application in any unlawful manner

Intellectual Property Rights

The Worb application and all related materials, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of Worb Inc. or its licensors.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Worb Inc. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or other proprietary rights of Worb Inc.

Data Collection and Privacy

The application may collect and transmit certain data about your usage and device information to improve functionality and user experience. This data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the application, you consent to such data collection and transmission as described in our Privacy Policy.

Updates and Modifications

Worb may from time to time provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the application. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device.

Your continued use of the application following any updates constitutes acceptance of such updates and any modifications to this EULA.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Worb Inc. You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting the application and all copies thereof from your devices.

Worb Inc. may terminate this EULA immediately if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WORB INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WORB INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
